Professionalising the institutional repository at the Centre for Digital Scholarship in collaboration with the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences

The Centre for Digital Scholarship (CDS) in collaboration with the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences participated in the Support Programme for Repositories and Data Service Providers to explore the feasibility of their institutional repository, based on the DataverseNL software, to obtain CoreTrustSeal. This exploration led to the identification of both practical actions to improve documentation, instruction, and standardisation, as well as higher level considerations around governance and responsibility.

This FAIR implementation story shows the continuous road towards trustworthiness as a repository, and the different stakeholders involved in this process.
